Joanna first worked as a model worldwide before focusing on acting full time, and brought her passion for acting to her model shoots to create exciting new opportunities with photographers. Joanna has been a brand ambassador for Diane Von Furstenburg in New York (2016-2018), endorsed by Mavex Swiss Organic Cosmetics (2016-2022) and Pure Remedy (2020-2021). Joanna's work has included feature bikini model at international surf label Rip Curl, in Newquay, Biarritz and London, Extreme Sports Channel, Agent Provocateur, Swedish Label, Ravishing Mad, as well as catwalk bookings and magazine distribution internationally. She has had front covers for Who's Jack Magazine magazine, Choix Magazine and WAD magazine in Europe. Joanna is often asked to appear in music videos and has been photographed for serveral rock and roll album covers, EP sleeves and music videos appearing in Mojo, Uncut, Q magazine, MTV. Joanna has worked closely with top photographers in developing their artistic body of work and is often chosen as their feature model, including David Katzenstein and Sherrie Nickol, for projects in New York City, and Kat McDonald conceptual photographer. However, as of 2012, in a feature interview with Zani Magazine, Joanna stated that acting and film were her preference over model work.
